Delivery:
All orders are shipped from Spain. The cost of delivery of orders is based on the tariffs of delivery operators. Free delivery of orders over €500. All orders with promotional offers are shipped at buyer's expense. Delivery time depends on destination. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with a waybill number to track your order. When placing an order on our website, please double-check your shipping details like name, address, phone number, and email. If there's a hiccup in delivery due to incorrect details, we might not be able to process a refund. We do not perform shipment to the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, russia, belarus.
Payment:

Please note the prices do not include international taxes and customs fees, your delivery might be subject to additional costs depending on the destination country's legislation. All orders are Delivered Duty Unpaid. This means that your order may be subject to taxes/duties that are levied by the local customs office. All prices online are quoted free of any additional charges. Also please note that the taxes and duties are not refunded, even you refused from your order in the case when it was shipped out.
For Return and Exchange we accept goods of good quality within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. In order to return or exchange the goods, the following conditions must be made: the goods were not in use, saved the original appearance of goods. In order to proceed with the exchange / return of a product, send a photos of the product made from all angles or a video to confirm the quality of the product. A packaging must be exclusively a hard packing paper shipping box. Exchanges and returns will be made in the same way used for the purchase. In the case of payment by credit card, it is essential to present the original proof of purchase and the receipt of the transaction. Please note that the garments must have the price tags intact and be in perfect condition. Some items cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons: toiletries, lingerie, hats, jewelry, underwear and earrings. Items that you have personalised or altered cannot be exchanged or returned because they are made exclusively for you and cannot be put on sale again. Fragrances, candles and other cosmetics must be returned in the original sealed packaging.
Please note: All deliveries are made at customer's expense. If the quality of the product will not meet the required standards it will be returned to the customer at customers expense. If the item is damaged during delivery, the exchange/return will not be confirmed and the item will be returned to the customer at customers expense.

Refund is made to your account within 14 business days from the date of acceptance of the goods before the return. Please note, original and return shipping fees will not be credited back upon return.
